Hosting Capacity
In accordance with the new legal and regulatory provisions governing the electricity sector, ANRE approves and publishes the hosting capacity for the next five years covering the period from 2024 to 2028. This marks the first time that this concept is adopted and implemented in a transparent and credible framework under the supervision of the electricity sector regulator.
In this perspective, ANRE, through its new platform, provides access for sector stakeholders to useful and detailed information on the hosting capacity of the entire national electrical system.
