The President of the National Electricity Regulatory Authority (ANRE), Mr. Zouhair Chorfi, received Mr. Mark Bowman, Vice-President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), on 19th of June 2025 at ANRE headquarters, as part of a high-level mission to the Kingdom of Morocco.
The meeting served to strengthen the strategic dialogue between the two institutions, around the major projects for national energy regulation, initiated as part of the Enlightened Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him.
ANRE and the EBRD reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening their cooperation within the framework of an ambitious partnership, geared towards a transparent, sustainable energy market conducive to private investment.
