The National Electricity Regulatory Authority (ANRE) makes every effort to ensure, to the best of its abilities, the accuracy and timely updating of the information disseminated on this site. ANRE reserves the right to correct any content at any time and without prior notice. However, ANRE cannot ensure the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information available on this site. 

Therefore, ANRE will not be held responsible for any interruptions of the site, technical issues, inaccuracies, or omissions related to information on the site, or for any damages resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications to the site’s content. Users are solely responsible for how they utilize the information available on this site, and ANRE won’t be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use. Moreover, ANRE’s liability will not be invoked in the event of force majeure or actions beyond its control due to third parties. 

Personal Data: 

ANRE processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 09-08 of February 18, 2009, which pertains to the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data. This data will not be shared with third parties.

Upon request, ANRE will delete your personal data, thereby cancelling your registration on the website. 

Personal data is gathered during tender processes, job applications, complaints, or queries directed at the Authority. This data is kept for the duration required to address the respective concerns, in line with existing legislation.
