Home > ANRE Morocco signs a cooperation agreement with ARE of Democratic Republic of Congo
The National Electricity Regulatory Authority of Morocco and the Electricity Regulatory Authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) signed an agreement, on the 22nd January 2021 in Rabat, to establish basis for regulatory cooperation of the electricity sector.
Initialed by the President of ANRE, Mr. Abdellatif BARDACH, and his Congolese counterpart, Mr. Louis KAHINDO BOYA-BOZENE, while visiting the kingdom. This agreement’s purpose is to promote the exchange and transfer of knowledge between both regulators.
The signature ceremony was also attended by Mr. Henri MANGAYA YANGE MONDOWA, the Ambassador of DRC, and Mr. Maximilien MUNGA, PCA of the Coordination and Management Unit in the Ministry of Energy of the DRC.
