The participation of the National Electricity Regulatory Authority (ANRE) was particularly rich and noted. Indeed, two members of the ANRE Board took part in the work of this workshop.
Energy regulators from 32 French-speaking countries met in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in Kinshasa, for the 12th workshop of the Francophone Network of Energy Regulators (RégulaE.Fr). For four days, from July 11 to 14, 2023, participants discussed a subject where Morocco is the continental vanguard: “off-grid electrification”.
