Barcelona, May 4, 2023 – The President of the National Electricity Regulatory Authority (ANRE), Abdellatif Bardach, holding the Presidency of the Association of Mediterranean Energy Regulators (MEDREG), participated in the meeting annual meeting of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) energy platforms which was held on 3 and 4 May 2023 in Barcelona. During this meeting, the representatives of the UfM Member States as well as the regional actors of the energy sector analyzed the state of progress of the implementation of the roadmap of the UfM for the action on energy, prepared in the light of the recommendations of the Ministerial Declaration on Energy, which were published during the UfM Ministerial Meeting on Energy on 14 June 2021. As President of MEDREG, Mr Bardach contributed to the work of this high-level meeting.
